“Smiling, eating sweets in Central Park/
Before it became quite dark.”
Smiling, eating sweets in Central Park
Before it became quite dark
I sat down grinning with a book
Even if everyone gave me a look
I looked up and saw a bird fly
As the wind swayed the flowers, trees, and swept by
Though later an angry dog wiped the smile off of my face
I left Central Park without a trace.
