Blood on My Street

Blood on My Street Dallas plays lots of sports, likes to write and read, and wants to be a lawyer when he grows up.

“Death falls on humans”

I saw it

The bird

Its blood ran through

The streets

Clogging the pipes

Begriming the water

Contaminating the bay

Evaporation

The red rain

Falling on the Plains

Crops die

Desiccated

Deteriorated

Death falls on humans

Animals

Plants

All life

I wish that

The bird

Didn’t let his

Blood

Run

Through
